All the wars were started by Pakistan. India was defending itself ?  Would Australia not do the same ?

Pakistan has training camps for Militants / terrorists.  They train and send them across the border in India to spread terrorism.

Over 45,000 people have been killed due to the militancy.

The US and the West will still not declare Pakistan a terrorist nation.

Guess when over US $80 billion  worth of arms are bought each year, it would hurt western powers too much financially to see peace in 
the Kashmir region.
