Zeta cannot financially afford a "knife fight in a dinghy"' with
Oilex unless absolutely sure can deal with cross claim on a win only basis..

A lot of possible scenarios here..but the underlying fact is that none
of "defaulting" parties have disputed the potential of Cambay..so
that has to be in Oilex's favour in any negotiations .
