Discocopper, you are right IRL only has 2 x ML applications.
(1) Aravalli project Rajasthan State
(2) Badia Jharkhand State
However according to IRL Reports there are
24 Prospecting Licences applications
6 Reconnaissance permit applications
That doesn't include all the ones that have fallen by the wayside over the years. Not a single ML, PL or RP have been granted in 8 years.
