I'd say rich Indian govt officials want bribes and Bill Gates won't co operate. The rich Indians don't want Bill Gates offering to help and benefit the poor which their own governments have been ignoring for years and it looking bad for Indian govt that Bill Gates an American can do so much when the Indian govt hadms done so little. That's the real story imo, not the crap your news is prattling on about , if indeed the Guardian Story is even true. Lol
