Well what a load of CRAP! One of the companies uses Gardasil which was developed in Australia, is very safe and given to young girls to protect from HPV! My own daughter had it and will likely benifit from never catching this horrible disease.

Not trying to be mean spirited but what a third world country needs is less population growth and more respect for other countries giving assistance.
