The Mining Licence approval for the Aravalli project could come at any time, the investor presentation of end 2015 is considered worse case scenario. THe Mining Licence for Badia is another thing, there is no competing applications and it is for reopening an old mine. IRL put in for this ML 18 months ago and this could be approved within the next few months.
What is more important and in the very near future is the $8 to $10 million court case due 19th August and the $1.2 million owed by HCL payable in the next two months.
