Glad the partners are aware of the bond structure, and glad they are seeking formal response on bond delivery timing. Both of these had risk and I was just seeking that there is clear communication and tranparency regarding these key items.

Most positive response I saw was to IK2000 post
from ECT_rep below:
"Ultimate confidence will be borne out in their approval of the frozen RCA for signing."
IMO To me this means if they agree to freeze the RCA, that means that the RCA is approved, as there will be no further changes or questions. Wait for this announcement!
