Well done D3008, exactly what I alluded to in my post with SB yesterday around culture. Some people don't have the EI or standard intelligence to get a positive outcome out of a mistake (like me not being able to tag a user correctly) or oversight (like the Rep forgetting to quote a post), while you have gone straight to reduce confusion and add value.
Thanks for this, it means someone who could have thought their question was never answered will now know their question is answered.
