Bugger me dead--I always thought bond on a rental property cash?
I think if u look u will find it is, I don`t think a house
owner would consider such hogwash as a bond!!
ECT has management issues as they have no idea whats going on.
The last 2 ann bores that out,
every ann needing clarification.
.Having 1 less would make no difference,
as nobody seems to know whats going on.
Interesting to hear the excuses after 31 st March!
