Laugh if you will, but if we take serious notice of the major civil and infrastructural engineering projects that have been undertaken in India in recent years; and then, if we take Australia by comparison, we'll soon be asking some particularly pointed questions: which is the most ambitious, which is the more innovative, which is actually advancing; and finally, which is the real joke?
And then if you find that the grin has gone, as hopefully it will have, try meditating on the causes of this appalling situation.
