India, like China and Turkey, wants the the best surface to sir defence system and is prepared to pony up $5 billion for it. But it won't be paid for using USD. And it won't go through US banks like all international USD have to.
And that's 5 billion worth of arms business the US doesn't get. Demand for the S400 system is bound to snowball, multiplying future sales losses for US arms manufacturers.
And therein lies the "double whammy" the US Faces now.
