The proposed takeover of TMX by IRM will likely result in a target statement from TMX. That'll include an independent valuation.
I'd figure the valuation will show a huge premium to the current market cap of $4.4m.
It'll also make the IRM bid look stupid.
Should also give Keith Wells something to pass around the Board members, shareholders and investment community.
