"I hate seeing good people lose heaps of money on stocks that are based on lots of hype"

You cant be serious right? Sorry but you make some terribly misleading statements so I find those intentions a little bit difficult to believe?

You have quote page 44 so did you miss page 45? All this scaremongering in regards to NPV value and you forget to conveniently state the NPV sliding scale (spider below) with based around $108M the pivot point. Looks like rhe NPV can easily go a lot higher based on throughput, cobalt grades and/or prices, copper grades and/or prices....there's a lot in favour of WFE. For example a 30% higher grade cobalt ore above that used in the evaluation and the NPV is up by $55M to approx $163M! eek.png

Secondly could have posted the evaluation is based on the current "un-modified" plant at 175,000tpa at 80% duty cycle, maybe you missed that bit? WFE has always intended to upgrade to 250,000tpa as part of the acquisition strategy stated in the July2018 announcement. That kind of increases the NPV quite substantially, in fact 43% which is off the scale on the spider. Lets assume 30%, the NPV boosted by about $40M there alone.

So in combination the cumulative improvement of these two has the NPV at $200M+.eek.png

The report is simply to tick a box for the prospectus and re-listing purposes so most certainly not a reflection of the company's planned position. Best you come back in 6 months and save everyone from hype with another look once the plant is upgraded. Maybe even as a shareholder by then who knows! sneaky.png
