It is a 175,000t/a plant according to the Independent Expert, and he includes the words 'estimate' and 'calculation' in the table on pg16.

Like I asked, if you can find a different number provided by the IE please provide it. So far you have failed.

Until you can show evidence of something different, by direct quote, the plant stands as a 175,000t/a plant and is the number everyone can expect in the prospectus.

He doesn't use the term unmodified either. From report "The condition of the plant is good but will require refurbishment to get back into functional working order"
It's refurbishment.

Get over it, that is the number in the report.
