@TheGladiator ....The whole purpose of the independent report was to deal with the query raised by asx"
Yes that was the purpose, but the document revealed a whole lot more information. Do people just disregard information from an Independent Expert report that is not convenient??
I'm fairly sure if the 'cash flow model' had shown a NPV of $US1,000,000,000+ all shareholders would be highlighting it, but because it came in below fully diluted Mcap, no-one wants to know about it.
Likewise for the plant capacity of 175,000t/a. That is what the IE has signed off, so those that don't want to believe it are still calling it a 250,000t/a plant, when obviously in the prospectus it will be a 175,000t/a plant and all the numbers associated with future production will be based around that number from the existing plant.
@TheGladiator "There is no mention of the Aquisition of the exploration licences prospective for copper and cobalt"
The exploration licences are just blue sky, there is no known resource so obviously nothing to be included in any NPV calculation.
The NPV would have been based on exactly what was stated in the report quoting P44.......
"This requires a cash flow model which was supplied by Winmar Resources. The plant would have a higher value based on a resource and cash flow. A value under this scenario has been attempted at a high level and subject to a number of disclaimers the financial model NPV value is US$108,000,000. It is expected that a buyer would not pay the full NPV value but a discounted rate."
WFE does not have any Cobalt resource nor can mention a resource in any calculations for the prospectus nor anything else until they have evidence of one.
Do we know all the details? No!!
Do we know a lot more than we did the day before the release of this document?? Yes!!
