Seasons Greetings to you. As I understand it, it is a shareholder vote and RL doesnt actually own any shares in Orion. So I assume he will be bringing in the oranges at that meeting. I dont know if he has any GGX shares. The one that will seemingly gain from this deal with be Morton has a very significant number of GGX shares and a smaller percentage of OIP shares. However, I understand that he has excluded himself from the vote.

I would also raise the topic of whether OIP is a buy at these current prices. 8-9c is relatively cheap even with a shocker of a deal on the table.
