For around $2M, KM devised the first restructure for PDN and maybe the 2nd after the CNNC trigger and likely sale to CNNC. After KPMG were appointed administrators, KM then crossed over to represent the bondholders. As with Mirabela, I will be flabbergasted if KM turns out to be the independent expert in our case.
