Base on the trading activity since the takeover offer, and my gut feel, I am of the strong belief that a counter offer is in the wing. They are once again trying to push down the price so that another low ball offer will be widely accepted. I stress, there is no chart or fundamentals involved here. Just pure observation and gut feel
