I agree with what you are saying and logic dictates that you are correct in your assumptions.

But..

A few weeks ago.. someone pointed out that we were attending a conference where we were anticipating the latest results.. and now we aren’t. At the time I remember lopez said hang on to your hats this could be the deal.. and here we are..

Does that mean the results will be announced via an asx announcement now? What are your thoughts here..

I don’t beleive in scandals, just fact mostly.. the writting is on the wall with this one.

But could Merck possibly ask Dr McColl to suppress till a set timeframe??
