    If I were Lepu or a larger shareholder, I would now be pushing the share price above the 1.75 offer, this would force Merck to revalue the company and would make it hard for the board to say it is a good deal. Obviously there is a risk of loosing the over bid but if they are willing to take an already low ball figure......
