Obviously just my thoughts.. but I don’t think the bid will be rejected..
I just think there was no other alternative, as the other option is to see this therapy whittle away to nothing and have no investors, and no money to complete stage 3..
imagine getting half way through stage 3 and again struggling to get patients (again because of manipulation by big pharma) and running out of $$ at the 30c mark.. how do you cap raise then..
These guys have us by the short hairs in my opinion..
The only option for the board was to say, ok here’s a gem of a product.. it’s on the market.. who wants it.. and hope that someone else has he FOMO to offer a bigger bid.. and get it to where it deserves to be..
We are between a Merck and a hard place.. this IMHO is the best option.. the Hail Mary..
