I agree! Having seen something of the dodgy horse racing industry, my impression is that the share market is a ten bagger of wonkiness by comparison. The way this stock has been manipulated in the past 14 months, is a real eye opener.

Extremely disappointing.....and, reading through this legal labyrinth makes me believe it's a done deal. Can anyone indicate how another bidder would fit in the picture at this stage?

I wonder how long it has taken the parties to reach this point?

Hopefully MSD will do the right thing with this life saving technology
