I think it's a case of the company doing the right things, but not being SEEN to be doing the right things, if that makes sense.
I would also prefer a more visual, timeline-based approach to the updating and reporting personally. I find that enables me to keep a better track of progress, milestones, numbers, etc.
Very interested to read any commentary in the next releases to market.
