just thought I would throw this out there.
I know some of you don't agree RE takeover?

If azm were to take a tilt at cdt. I would assume
an all scrip offer. after watching the trade,s in
both company's,

example azm @ 4 and cdt @ 1 the offer would
be a 1 for 4 offer for castle. prior to recent trading,
the offer for cdt holders would have been a better
deal, as it stands now it would be a better deal
for azm holders,

just a guess but something is definitely going on
your thoughts are most welcome.
