    Yeah I've just seen what happened to other stocks in a similar situation.

    Company A is worth $1 and company B is worth 25c.

    Company A takes over company B offering them 1 for 4 shares.

    After the completion company A shares drop to 75c.

    Leaving company B share holders less than happy.
