    My impression is that they have no real intention of being a producer.

    They are trying to palm it off to someone else.

    They don't have the ability or the determination to take the project to production.

    I don't know how, but it seems that the market knows this.

    I'm not trying to downramp.

    I think you are able to be more realistic when you are no longer a shareholder.
