    ORP still has the unresolved diamond issue hanging heavily around its neck.

    I feel that this needs to be resolved for it to break out of its shackles.

    The issue has been handballed from the Chhattisgarh High Court to a tribunal in Delhi, since 7 April.

    At this stage the company doesn't even know if the tribunal exists yet.

    Who knows if it will ever be resolved.
