I dont think an EGM would sought this mess out. The spin and deceit would continue. Its a culture within this company that has existed for 15 years that I can ascertain and will continue. Its a cash cow for the passing parade of management at the expense of shareholders.

In 1998 the share price was .041 cents, Since that time they have had a series of parasites with their collective snouts in the trough, issuing performance rights with no performance, taking fat salaries, using spin like liars and cheats, raising $50m from shareholders, and a share price 10 years down the track of .032 cents as I speak.
Then have the audacity in the last report to say what good chaps they are by giving funds to the local community so they wont be disadvantaged. What about the shareholders who have been disadvantaged. Me $95,000. I accept the responsiblity for my investment but I do not accept the lies, deception and incompetent stream of management that has milked this company.
This company has been used and is being continued to be used as a vehicle for one lot after the other to give themselves a comfortable revenue stream for there own pockets.
They have no and I mean no personal committment to make this company work. Nothing is on the line. They can walk away tomorrow without any accountability or responsibilty of the shareholders funds.
Its a sham. No one will investigate the actions of the company, The spin will continue.
Until somebody puts there own money on the line and operates this company it will continue to be a company with no integrity and will supply the passing parade of non accountable management with a superannuation fund.
