    rnc Sorry, I'm not clear on what your point is. Could you pls explain.

    Are you saying announcing a $17 mill loss, much of which is as a result of property managements walking out the door and that the business won't be cash flow profitable until 4th quarter 2007 FY (totally at odds with the prospectus) is getting it right.
