If you're right in your assessment as to who the sellers might be and their motivation, then they must be very annoyed with themselves that they didn't take the opportunity to unload in September for up to 21c. It would also imply that they now have very little faith that a positive outcome will be forthcoming from the Planning Minister before Christmas. I guess we're all really only guessing why anyone is selling, though with no news to talk about, why not? It's either hypotheticals or nothing, and I hate having nothing new to read.
One thing looks obvious at present: 10.5c is the 'par score', with only the odd punter going above, and almost no one willing to sell below that mark. So if that remains in the short term at least we won't see a catastrophic tumble to 6 or 7c.
