    Any failure to pay creditors may have significant implications for the Company, empowering creditors to take enforcement action including appointing an administrator and the Company may become insolvent. In the opinion of the Board, completion of the Transaction significantly reduces this risk for the Company.

    Oh and what wonders the Administrators would find. You can bet your bottom dollar that this would not be a very appealing idea for the scurvy bunch given it would put them at "significant risk" Wouldn't it?

    SIOC getting all those millions of share over time and short selling them.

    Wouldn't it be terrible if they had to feel the pain all here have had too.
