Now that the consolidation issue has been clarified, the remaining $1.6 million cap raising doesn't bother me one bit. In addition to the fact that it's a small cap raising anyway, let's not forget that the purpose of the raising is largely to fulfill regulatory requirements, as opposed to being an essential cash injection underpinning future growth (these guys have been primarily self-funded).
