Currently trading at 53c post consolidation for new shares listing at 20c. Assuming it remains at 53c post the cap raise we have a market value of 24m on 44m shares , thats a multiple of almost 11 times 2013 ebitda which is high in my opinion. Add in the 3.8m options and 25m performance shares it dilutes any future earnings if ebidta hurdles are met.

Post consolidation its cash position doesn't cover its debts by several hundred thousand . Net assets post consolidation are around 12c based on 44m shares. To expand they will have to raise further capital.
