DJ. I'm not basing my decision on where the price has come from. I'm basing it on what we know ie earnings and growth. I brought up VOC before. Yes they're a little different, but still if you go back 3 years to when VOC first started ramping up, they announced a $3.5m npat and the market gave them a $60m market cap. Here we have $2m and a $40m market cap. In the 3 years since, VOC's market cap has tripled based on great earnings growth ie runs scored. At no point do I recall VOC's price running ahead of itself.
IMO, SPA should be valued anywhere between 30c and 50c imo. So there just isn't enough upside in it for me at these prices based on fundamentals. Having said that - being the only pure-play cloud listed company could mean a significant premium is warranted. I was just not prepared to keep my shares at 40c.
