I've used Bulletproof. The guys there are pretty good.
I'm a bit perplexed by this line in the release. Why would someone pay $0.20 for shares when they're at $0.15 now?
Shares issued under the Prospectus - As part of Spencer Resources' re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of
the ASX Listing rules, the Company is seeking shareholder approval to conduct a capital raising by offering
under a Prospectus 8,000,000 Shares at a price of $0.20 per share to no less than the number of new
investors in the Company required by ASX, to raise $1,600,000.
