Hey Web. I'm on MBE which did $12m in revenue for FY2013 and had a net profit of 388k. Similar annual growth rate but not even close to SPA's profits.
It had the lowest p/e tech minnow that I could find. It has a market cap of around $85m! So priced around 3x a fully diluted SPA at 25c.
I think that both are cheap but SPA is just one of those opportunities that only crop up through corporate actions like is being undertaken.
