shares are being issued at 12c,
not bad considering sp was at 4.5c before announcement
a shame no shares were available below 12c yesterday, MNZ was similar with 100% premium paid to get ball rolling (which turned out to be cr level too)
MNZ reached 4.8c even though it was known shares were to be issued at 0.6c
not expecting an eight fold increase here but could go higher than some expect given share structure depending on who's been buying
diluted cap around $20m now or $30m including performance shares and options
shares are being issued at 12c, not bad considering sp was at...
