Hi Gwalhir. You seem to be suggesting people make an investment decision based on a minor capital raising as oppposed to the financials. Have you read them?
$15m revenue. $2.2m NPAT. Growth of 40% a year.
How can you possibly be perplexed when people are buying shares in a $20m company with the above figures.
As an example - look at NEA- close to $200m market cap (10x SPA). There haven't grown in 3 quarters and have less revenue than SPA mk 2 will have. There are numerous other tech companies priced at over 5x what SPA Mk 2 is, and all with less revenue and profit!
