No one unless they have broken a core rule in asx but have used the wording loopholes for suspension remaining etc... so it only leaves misconduct due to the misconduct of information on release times updates etc that have been said and nothing done including its reason of suspension it was not informed of its reason to remain which is the propectus broken. Asic is the only pathway in sight as it will force within 48hrs a phone call to the submitter then it goes from there. If deemed actionable the scariest call that comes from asic to head office of ctl and will force them to prove coperations act is being followed to the t and i including any promisses being met (already 3 things now not delivered)
