    Be proactive - visit the mine sites, mill site, speak with senior people and arrange a meeting with Rogers and co. They can’t dodge you forever. The company has a registered office, legal representatives etc. - call on them. If you are serious you will eventually lock them into a discussion. All you are doing is wasting time waiting on the regulators to do something. They have far bigger fish to fry.
