I think an administrator is the only way forward. The Board is unconstitutional in the we only have 2 directors and both are not independent and it turns out that Rogers as CEO should never have been Chairman according to our constitution.
Also as CEO his actions and motives are very questionable and he will never resign and as he is both Chairman and CEO and so there is no one to ask him to step down.
I sent ASIC an email last week asking for an update but have not yet received a reply which I am taking as a positive and am hoping that they are doing something for us
Does anyone know whether because of the highly unusual situation our company is in due to the actions of the CEO/Chairman, we can approach ASIC or the courts to appoint an administrator ? Also how do we go about this?
