The reason I said we must be sailing close to the wind is, if the CR is announced my understanding is we come out of suspension. They won't want that to happen if things are bad. I see in the job advertisement a mandatory requirement is "Excellent communication skills." Since when did that become a requirement for CTL and who do they have on the staff that could judge such a skill, unless said person becomes in charge of it! Now that's a thought.
