The management of CTL were wondering that too and it cost us suckers maybe $8,000,000 or more, plus the collapse of the CTL share price.
I feel like I am banging my head against the wall. Its standard practice in the mining industry before any mining starts you Drill, assay, analyse and plan before you start any digging or mining.
These FN peanuts in charge of CTL don't understand this and it has cost us millions and millions of dollars.
The incompetence and stupidity of CTL management is staggering.
