Dont let a spec discourage you in investing for newer to the game i recommend more short terms of 6m and even high tax effective stocks (dividends) more large caps work to mid cap then use spare funds in small caps... when you have a larger pool go for day trades or even scalping... i scalp a lot that in a day there is times i have traded 190times
