Right on! Share price trashed, and the directors want a pay rise? I have no argument with a performance based pay rise. Management should EARN a pay rise, not just feel entitled to feed there considerable egos, and line their pockets at shareholders' expense. Disgraceful, shame, shame shame. I hold these shares at a huge loss, but am considering exiting before management bleed shareholders dry. DYOR
