Really appropriate that management wants
to up its fees 100%! I would be more
than happy were this in light of enhanced
shareholder wealth. But as we know: the
share price of DIO has been smashed to
smithereens.

I note that the secretary of D. Macarthur
(whose illustrious career has included
serving as secretary to company, Oriental
Crystal, which imploded at great cost
to shareholders) is also secretary at
Tox. So he is secretary to two listed
companies that I know of, and if his
remuneration at Tox is comparable to
what he's paid at DIO, he presently
earns around $300,000 p.a.

It's all beginning to stick in my craw.
