Just a plain lunch. We went through the preso which is available for all to see. Emefcy has no competitors in the recycled waste water space apparently. Saving 50% opex costs which includes reducing 90% energy costs as well as the low installation costs means the Sabre is a category killer going forward.

I watched on the MD's phone (Eytan Levy) the vital statistics of the demo plant at Caesarea Golf course in Israel. The waters chemical analysis at the plant was changing before my eyes. Also, they can monitor live by camera on the smart phone. So any maintenance required can be carried out remotely.

They have one contract on the go and another 40 have been quoted on around the world and heaps more in the pipeline. Once installed their is very little ongoing maintenance required. China will be a big market as will stranded communities. 40,000 such communities in China alone. Demand already coming out of South Africa and South America.

The Board would have to be one of the most impressive in the small cap space on the ASX. Richard Irving the Executive Chairman will end up with about 16% of the listed company through his Pond Ventures and is highly motivated to turn this company into a billion dollar company. Thats what he does and he has done it many times before as has Ross Haghighat who is also on the Board. Peter Marks is behind the listing through SAV and is a very savvy guy also with a strong track record of success and is our token Australian on the Board. With these guys behind it as well as the track record of Levy I would be very confident of their outlined 4 year business plan being more than exceeded.

There is big support for the cap raising coming out of New York and Hong Kong as well as Australia. Looks like they will have a strong stable shareholder base.

2016 will be very exciting for SAV as they build the business. They are fully funded for the next 2 years at least and is unlikely to be back to the markets for cash.

Just a quick lunch as they hall had to rush off to the next preso.

    Cheers
