My impression (based on Feb investor presentation) is that MNS/C4V/BEI are the only parties that have ownership in Imperium3.

I would imagine (similar to the NY IM3 equipment purchases) that if any one of the parties puts more into the consortium, their ownership share would change, which is relevant to all owners of the consortium.

Any ideas who wrote that article in the Australian (can't access given paywall)
