Good research @sroyle. I think this just reinforces how competitive the lithium-ion battery space is getting. Competition is really heating up and the big players are being forced to reduce margins to put the squeeze on one another. Very difficult space for new entrants to move into, certainly in the EV sector in particular.
I see funding and economies of scale being the biggest challenges for Magnis’ consortiums. I guess we’ll be in a position to better evaluate once we have some feasibility studies to assess and scrutinise.
