talks about corporate restructure ...those who bought today at .023 & .024 may surprise themselves with the gain they will make if they are prepasred to hold until after the announcement.
Reveiwing this Co I believe they are cash strapped but in good trading condition with a valuable recent business acquisition and increased market share. The company directors have relocated overseas to ensure their market. They want to list on another stock exchange.
They are talking to several interested parties which puts them into a stronger bartering position against hostile takeover.
I am of the opinion ETC will restructure, have an infusion of cash/equity swap and come out of this a stronger company and more than likely larger than the 4th place ranking they have in their inductry at present.
